Fairfield chiropractor pleads guilty to worker’s comp fraud

FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) – A Fairfield chiropractor has pleaded guilty to workers’ arrangement fraud in a box that already resulted in charges conflicting 4 additional employees of a Back and Spine Center.

Dr. Gary T. Berner ostensible a counterclaim to prevaricate an approaching conference stemming from an examination by a Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Special Investigations Department and Attorney General Mike DeWine’s office. 

Berner was indicted in Jul 2010 for his purpose in a amour that certified his colleague, Dr. Bruce E. Holaday, to continue billing BWC after being criminialized from treating spoiled workers.
